Refund policy

When purchasing digital files, all sales are FINAL and no refunds will be issued.
If you purchase sublimation transfers, screen prints, and DTF transfers, protective measures will be in place during the shipping process. This includes placing transfers in a protective plastic/poly sleeve that will be placed into a cardboard flat mailer. A “do not bend” sticker will then be placed on the mailer near the mailing address. 
99% of the time transfers arrive safely. But in the event of a receiving a damaged envelope that contains damaged prints, please reach out to me via email at greeniguanasublimations@gmail.com. Please send along a photo of your damaged items and I can either replace them for you or get you a refund.
